Thanks to Jeroen (vanoverbeek.jeroen@gmail.com) who represents in Bali the company Nazava (www.nazava.com) specialised in water filters, Dajuma has now 3 water refill stations, one in each of our 3 restaurants, where our guests can refill for free their glass bottles with a pure filtered water. The water comes from a 40 meters deep well and is then filtered in a ceramic filter provided by Nazava. Because of its volcanic origin the water is rich in oligoelements and totally virgin of bacteria and other chemicals. Its quality is regularly checked by the Quantum Laboratory in Denpasar.
