VALRHONA CHOCOLATE GATHERING AT DAJUMA
This year we have been chosen again as the workshop venue for the famous French chocolatier Valrhona during their Bali Plantation Trip 2024 program. This unique gathering of cacao farmers from West Bali and pastry chefs from across Asia celebrates the artistry of chocolate-making, as come together to share their expertise and passion. One of their products made from West Bali cacao beans is Sakanti Bali 68%. For the local cacao farmers, it’s a rare and inspiring opportunity to witness the final stages of the chocolate journey, seeing their hard work transformed into exquisite creations. This exchange fosters deep respect and collaboration, uniting cultures and crafts. Together, they elevate the beauty of chocolate, honoring both the earth and the hands that shape it.
